Equip every team to improve any student outcome.
EduPlatter unifies your student data, fits models to your institution rather than a sector average, and turns each insight into an outreach someone owns. Since 2018, from New Delhi.

From single-campus colleges to multi-campus university systems, in India and beyond.
Does your institution have a student impact gap?
These are the six failures we hear about most. They make it hard to act on what works, they slow progress against institutional goals, and they leave too many students behind.
Disconnected systems
The SIS knows one thing, the LMS another, and the CRM a third. Nobody has the whole student.
Fragmented data
Six spreadsheets, four definitions of “retention”, and a term-end reconciliation nobody enjoys.
Unclear insight
A dashboard that reports what happened, but not who to call on Monday morning or why.
Low engagement
Students who need help the most are the least likely to walk into an office and ask for it.
Overwhelmed staff
An advisor with 400 assigned students cannot prioritise by intuition, however good it is.
Siloed departments
Academics, enrolment and student services each run an intervention. None of them knows about the others.
Three steps to close the gap.
Nothing here is magic, and none of it works without the first step. Most failed analytics projects fail at data, not at modelling.
Unify your data
We consolidate SIS, LMS, CRM, attendance, assessment and fee systems into one warehouse with one agreed definition of every term. Typically six to ten weeks.
Surface what works
Models are fitted to your institution, not borrowed from a sector benchmark. Each prediction names the factors behind it so it can be argued with.
Act, then measure
Outreach is assigned, tracked and closed. Next term we test whether it worked using matched comparison, and tell you if it did not.
One platform, three audiences, one source of truth.
Leaders need to know which programmes work. Advisors need to know who to call today. Students need to know where they stand. The same data serves all three, with different views and different permissions.
What you can do with EduPlatter.
Five things institutions use the platform for. Pick the one that sounds like your problem.
Connect data and systems
Bring SIS, LMS, CRM, attendance, assessment, fee and card data into one warehouse with one agreed definition of every term. The integration is our work, not a project you staff for six months.
- Connectors for the systems Indian and international institutions actually run
- One data dictionary, versioned, so “persistence” means one thing across departments
- Nightly refresh as standard; near-real-time for attendance and LMS events
Surface what is actually working
Institution-specific models rather than sector averages. We fit on your students, your programmes and your calendar, and we report which factors are doing the work.
- Predicted persistence and completion, with the contributing factors named
- Course-level bottleneck analysis for on-time completion
- Efficacy testing on interventions, using matched comparison rather than before-and-after
Coordinate proactive support
An insight that nobody owns changes nothing. Every flagged student becomes an outreach with an assignee, a channel, a due date and a recorded outcome.
- Shared case notes across advising, faculty and student services
- Outreach queues prioritised by predicted impact, not alphabetically
- Closed-loop recording so the next efficacy study has clean data
Remove barriers to completion
Find the curricular and administrative knots that stop students finishing on time, then plan course supply against forecast demand rather than last year's timetable.
- Course demand forecasting by programme and cohort
- Prerequisite and sequencing bottleneck detection
- Fee-hold and registration friction analysis
Prove efficacy and ROI
Every programme gets an honest assessment. Our 2026 report found only about half of initiatives produce a measurable effect — knowing which half is the entire point.
- Matched-comparison efficacy studies each term
- Effect sizes with confidence intervals, not percentage-point anecdotes
- Resource reallocation guidance based on measured effect per rupee
Results that survived a control group.
Each of these was measured with matched comparison against a similar cohort, not by comparing this year to last. Institution names are withheld where our agreement requires it.
Effect sizes and confidence intervals for all three are in DBR equivalent report EPR-2026-04. Two further deployments showed no measurable effect in the first year; we publish those too.
Every claim on this page is one we had to measure.
“Predictive analytics improves retention” is easy to assert and hard to check. So we run the study, publish the method and the limitations, and release the harness. Two of our six papers report a negative result.
People who had the same problem.
“We had three dashboards and no agreement about what retention meant. EduPlatter’s first deliverable was not a model — it was a data dictionary that our registrar, our deans and our IR office all signed. The analytics only started working after that.”
“My advisors carry 400 students each. The queue is the whole product for us — it tells them who to call before the student has already decided to leave.”
“They told us two of our flagship programmes had no measurable effect. That was not a comfortable meeting, and it was the most useful thing a vendor has ever done for us.”
Quotes from partner institutions, shared with permission and lightly edited for length. Names abbreviated and institutions described generically where our agreements require it.
Questions, answered.
How long does implementation actually take?
Do you sell or reuse our student data?
How much does it cost?
What if the models do not work for our students?
How do staff and students get access?
Does this comply with Indian data protection law?
